About there and back again
One day, as we (Greg and Ben) were slugging through our 2 hour commute during our first semester of seminary together, we realized that a podcast might be a good way to use these seemingly meaningless hours locked inside a metal box. So, you could say this podcast and blog started out of boredom and desperation. However, we quickly realized how this podcast might actually be able to uniquely serve people in the church who want to engage in study of important teachings of the Christian faith with people who, just like them, are figuring these things out.
Much like the hobbit Bilbo in those beloved stories, the conversations on this podcast and blog will mark a journey for us as we are continuing our seminary studies and learning what it means to serve in the church. Most of these conversations will also take place on an actual journey from seminary and back. And our hope is that you would join us on this journey, as we grow together in our understanding of God, his word, his church, and the world around us.
The road goes ever on and on
